1. Returns
1.1 You may return a Product in an order under
the following conditions:
1.1.1 If the wrong item is
delivered, different from what you had ordered in the order.
1.1.2
If items are substantially damaged or of deteriorated quality at
the time of delivery. You must provide us with necessary
evidence, including images of the problematic Products.
1.2
You are required to inspect the Products at the time of delivery
and return them to the delivery executive with the necessary
evidence on the Platform. It’s important to note that no returns
will be accepted if the product packaging is opened or if the
product has been used or consumed in part or otherwise.
1.3
You may request to return Products purchased from us if they are
sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original condition at the
time of delivery. However, please be aware that return requests
will not be accepted after you have received and accepted the
Products. We may request you to dispose of the Products for
which we have processed a refund.
2. Cancellations
You
have the option to cancel an order without any charges within
one minute after placing the order. It’s important to note that
you cannot cancel an order after the one-minute cancellation
window has expired.
The Firm reserves the right to cancel
an order, either in full or partially, for reasons including
shortages or unavailability of certain Products or due to force
majeure events. If the Firm cancels any order, you will not be
charged for such cancellations, and the Firm will refund you for
any payment already made.
3. Refunds
When you choose to return a Product(s) at the
time of delivery, upon our verification of the Product(s) and
related documents, the amount for eligible returned Products as
per these Terms will be processed at your doorstep. It will be
deducted from the total bill of your order, and you will pay
only the revised bill amount (if payment on delivery mode) to
the delivery executive. For paid orders, refunds for accepted
returns will be processed according to payment gateway refund
processing timelines.
4. Additional Conditions
The
terms for acceptance of returns, cancellations, and refunds are
subject to reasonable additional conditions, which will be
communicated to you through push notifications on the Platform
or any other specified mode of communication, as determined by
the Firm from time to time.
