FAQs

1. How long will it take to deliver to my location?

We endeavor to serve our customers within 10 – 15 mins from order received time. Our estimated delivery time to your location vary by the selected delivery location and prevailing conditions. Once you set your delivery location, an estimated delivery time will be shown on the app.

2. Why my location is not serviceable by Super Quick?

First, we thank you for your interest in availing #trueconvenience services by Super Quick.
If your selected delivery location is outside of our delivery radius, we miss the opportunity to serve you. Just that you are aware, currently our #trueconvenience services are available in select localities in Vijayawada (Murali Nagar, Currency Nagar, Sri Ramachandra Nagar, Ramavarappadu & Prasadampadu). We are working to cover more localities and serve more customers like you. Stay tuned!

3. How much is the delivery fee? Are there any charges like surge fee, handling fee etc.?

Our delivery fee is flat 5 rupees per order, irrespective of the order size and we do not have surge fee or handling fee.

4. Is there a minimum order value, to place an order?

No. We do not have minimum order value requirement and you can order for any amount.

5. What payment methods/modes are available?

You pay only after receiving your order. Choose between “Scan & Pay” or “Cash” from our ‘Pay On Delivery’ payment option. No net banking or card payment.
